Where is your telephone number.

First of all we want all of our communications in writing. We don't make promises we can't deliver and we don't want any of our representatives accidentally saying something that can be misunderstood.

Secondly, we are a small company. When we had our phone number listed on our web site we got over 800 calls a day. We just could not handle it.  We couldn't get any work done for answering the phones and putting people on hold. 
Folks getting mad because they were on hold. It was horrible!
If you look around, most Internet companies do not publish their phone numbers. For the same reason. 
We give good service and that's a fact!

Most of the calls are questions that are answered on our web site if you read carefully. They told us it would happen but we tried it anyway.
